L’Atelier Du Cuisinier introduces you to a fish spread enhanced by a touch of maniguette, known as Guinea pepper, which appears at the end in your mouth. Combined with sea bream, a lean but tasty fish, it’s a perfect match!

Seed of paradise = « graine de paradis », or « maniguette »... they are lots of names of guinea pepper, as are its health benefits. It is milled by us in our workshop.
